May 27, 2012 - The Hunger Games: Catching Fire / title changed

Lionsgate has made a minor but important alteration to the title of Catching Fire: it's added The Hunger Games in front of it. Almost certainly the reason to rename the sequel to The Hunger Games: Catching Fire stems from the brand recognition of the first film in the franchise (which has earned nearly $400 million domestically since it's release.)
