ESPN Films and Robert De Niro's Tribeca Productions are developing a feature film based on legendary NFL football coach Vince Lombardi. De Niro is also attached to play the man who successfuly recreated the Green Bay Packers from a bottom tier team into a five-time Superbowl winning sports titan.

Eric Roth (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) is writing the screenplay using material obtained from Lombardi's life story rights and the non-fiction book Instant Replay. [Full story]
