August 4, 2009 - The Lovely Bones / trailer debuts

The trailer for Peter Jackson's The Lovely Bones has finally arrived and along with it the launch of the film's official website, www.lovelybones.com. Jackson gives a special introduction at the start of the trailer which is hosted on Apple.com.

Who cares if it's corny as hell! I'll come right out and say it, "This trailer is lovely."

There. Now that we've gotten that out of the way. I particularly like the look of the "period" footage in the trailer, although the heaven imagery isn't bad either. It seems I've got at least one movie to look forward to in December.
