August 20, 2012 - Without Remorse / Tom Hardy sought for John Clark role

Deadline is reporting that the studio wants Tom Hardy to play John Clark in Without Remorse. Hardy is currently busy taking over the reigns in a fourth Mad Max movie, now filming in South Africa, but he can currently be seen as the villain Bane in The Dark Knight Rises.

Furthermore, Deadline states that a deal has been reached for Kevin Costner (Field of Dreams) to play a new character called William Harper. Costner's patriotic hero would serve as a mentor to both Clark and Jack Ryan, and also appear in the untitled Jack Ryan movie that director Kenneth Branagh is prepping for the studio.
