Tron Legacy music video: "Derezzed"

MTV has premiered the Daft Punk music video for "Derezzed", from the soundtrack to Tron Legacy, and it's quite the technological treat: it looks just like the original 1982 Tron in terms of graphics and visual style. That's how far technology has come: what once took massive banks of Cray supercomputers months to render now can be done by a couple of guys on desktop workstations.

Unfortunately MTV has only allowed US viewers to watch the embed of the "Derezzed" music video, but if you follow the link at the bottom of the US video embed you'll find a place to watch it if you're in Canada.

 

 

 

MTV Canada has it on their site for canucks. As soon as the video is on YouTube I'll throw up the embed for that copy.
