I don't know how many people have lost sleep wondering what a real-life Buzz Lightyear would look like but if these people do exist, tonight they sleep well.
A Brazilian CG artist by the name of Raoni Nery has created a photorealistic portrait of the Toy Story spaceman. If Toy Story were remade using live action, The Tick's Patrick Warburton may be the top candidate to play the flesh and blood Buzz. The news got spread when Pixar's Lee Unkrick's tweeted it today: "I can't decide if this is cool or creepy..."
Me neither.
Mark Valley and ... uh...some other dude dressed up fighting Buzz Lightyears on Boston Legal a few years ago. It was funny, and Valley looked pretty good.
I got a buddy from high school who's got the perfect build and an exaggerated jawline to play a real life Buzz. I should give him a call and see what he's doing for Halloween,lol
Didn't Warburton play Buzz in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (the show, I mean, and not the DTV movie)?
