First official Skyfall photo shows grizzled James Bond

Lo and behold it's the first officially released still from the 23rd James Bond movie, Skyfall. And in the photograph we see Daniel Craig looking a little different from his typical James Bond appearance; missing is the tuxedo and clean-cut killer visage replaced by a stubble-adorned 007 that looks more in an environment from a Jason Bourne or Tom Clancy adventure.

A change of cinematic style that suggests Skyfall will have a different look and feel than earlier Bond movies in Craig's two-picture run, or am I reading too much into it?

I'm sure that we'll get a clearer understanding of what kind of Bond movie Skyfall will be once we see some additional photos from the production, such as Naomie Harris as a Bond girl named Eve, Javier Bardem as the still-unnamed bad guy or Ralph Fiennes as (the rumored-to-replace Judi Dench) M.

Skyfall is shooting right now in England for a November 9 release in America and Canada. The photo just released shows Daniel Craig on a set in Shanghai.
