Daybreakers trailer sighted

In the year 2019 there are very little remaining humans left alive. A plague of vampirism fell upon the nations of the world, transforming the majority of the survivors into undead beings that crave blood. With the vampires now in charge of civilization the warm-blooded humans that are left are hunted as a food source. This is the premise of Daybreakers, an upcoming action-horror film directed by the Spierig brothers (Undead).

Starring Ethan Hawke, Sam Neill and Willem Dafoe, the first trailer for Daybreakers has debuted at Yahoo Movies and in HD. The trailer is also embedded below.

Daybreakers is slated to open January 10, 2010 from Lionsgate.

That looks really good! The story sounds somewhat used before but turns itself into something new as soon as the vampire mentions that they will run out of blood by the end of the month...crazy...

My only concern right now...is that it's directed by those brothers...Undead was fucking horrible! But even then.....

I keep my standards low, that way im never dissapointed
