Dustin Hoffman's father-in-law character will be seen in Little Fockers. Hoffman's dad, Bernie Focker, wasn't in the material that was shot during principal photography but there's now been one week of reshoots and Bernie's been brought back into the franchise. According to EW, Hoffman shot four scenes (which includes at least one opposite Barbra Streisand). Rumor has it Hoffman is getting paid as much as he would had he agreed to star in the movie in the first place.
A studio rep told the outlet that Hoffman wanted to be a part of Little Fockers after seeing an early cut of the film.
