Ben Affleck's people are talking with the Gatzby production to see if a schedule can be worked out. Luhrmann's Gatzby film is eyed to begin production in August, putting that movie at odds with Affleck's timetable.
If things can be worked out Affleck would play Tom Buchanan, the rich husband to Carey Mulligan's Daisy.
