Breaking Bad has given everyone a second opinion about the acting talents of Bryan Cranston. Once known to millions of people as the comedic dad on Malcolm in the Middle, Cranston has turned the public's perception of his good guy image completely around with his portrayal of meth dealer/maker Walter White on the cable show.

Now Cranston has closed a deal to join the cast of Argo as one of the members of the CIA who helped orchestrate the covert rescue of six kidnapped American embassy staff members in 1979's Iranian hostage crisis.
