There's a strong rumor appearing on Dread Central that 28 Days Later director Danny Boyle wants to return to his post-modern zombie franchise. According to the Dread report, the news comes secondhand and through a known source to the site that knows the Oscar-winning filmmaker. While there's little else to say other than Boyle supposedly wants to direct 28 Months Later, as the second sequel has been referred to, if the report is accurate it would be the first sequel in the filmmaker's career.
