 I watched the first season, and I liked it. There were too many DVR conflicts with it for S2, so I passed. But yeah, it was pretty cool. Maybe I should jump back in.

Did they ever figure out the reason for that fake tsunami? Jin seemed pretty stumped by it.

Yeah, cover for a bank robbery or something.  Fake tsunami alert, downtown evacuated, so the bad guys could just help themselves.

It also got some good story arcs going.  It's not high-brow, or anything but disposable entertainment, but it's very good at what it does.

 Episode started well with Grace Park in a bikini.  It was for a funeral scene though, so kinda stole my buzz.

I have little interest in the show, but I'm curious to know why a bikini was worn to a funeral.

Was the bikini black?

 It was flowery.

It was a Hawaiian surf-style funeral at sea with an island dumping of ashes at sea.

She was in a bikini because it's the only reason to watch the show.

 That too.  Not the only reason, but it's damned persuasive.

Does anyone say, "Book 'em, Danno!" at any given point on this show?

Fans of the old show probably do. They scream it at the television and get mad at the show for not doing it for them.

 They do, occasionally, say 'Book 'em Danno!'

Dalty is referring, of course, to the fans.

I thought he was referring to Grace Park's bikini.

 I was expecting you to.
